About Our Community
Howard Mesa Ranch, Phase 3, is located approximately 17 miles North of Williams, Arizona, on the East side of State Road 64 (the gateway to the Grand Canyon), just past mile marker 202. Our community is only 30 minutes from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon.
Howard Mesa Ranch, Phase 3, is a Northern Arizona alpine zone community consisting of properties ranging in size from 12 to 40 acres, featuring Juniper and Pine trees, maintained roads, and beautiful vistas of Howard Mesa, Kendric Peak, the San Francisco Peaks, and other surrounding mountains and mesas.
